Urban Health UK is a community wellbeing organisation dedicated to improving health and wellbeing across Merseyside. Led by qualified health professionals, the organisation delivers inclusive programmes that bring people together through meaningful activities, social connection, and practical support.
From community football sessions to environmental projects and wellbeing groups, Urban Health UK creates welcoming spaces where people can connect, stay active, and support their mental and physical health.
