Digidom Studios Limited, trading as Webtik ("Webtik", "we", "us"), uses the third-party providers below to process personal data when we design, host and manage websites for our customers. You authorise these providers under our Data Processing Addendum.
Changes to this list
We update the date above when this list changes, and we post any material additions here. You have 30 days from the date we post an addition to object, as set out in our Data Processing Addendum.
International transfers
Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, we rely on a valid UK transfer mechanism. These include the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Webtik does not sell personal data.
Website subprocessors
These providers process personal data collected through the websites we host and manage for you, such as form submissions, e-commerce orders and site analytics.
- Webflow, Inc.: website hosting, CMS, form submissions and e-commerce. US. UK Extension to the EU-US DPF / UK Addendum.
Business operations providers
These providers process personal data about you as a Webtik customer, such as billing and account details. For this data, Webtik is the controller, and it is covered by our Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: subscription payments. US / EU. UK IDTA / UK Addendum.
- Amazon Web Services: billing checkout. [UK (eu-west-2)].
- Google: workspace and email hosting. UK Extension to the EU-US DPF / UK Addendum.
Not treated as Webtik subprocessors
- Customer-connected services. Some services you connect to your website using your own account, such as your own Google Analytics property, email marketing platform, CRM, booking tool or payment account. These are your processors, not ours.
